Evelyn Govern, Staff Writer
Evelyn Govern is a junior at Central High School - East Campus and this is her first year on the Central News Staff. She has been enrolled in Journalism I and is now in Journalism II.She has been on the school swim team for three years now. Prior to that, she swam for her middle school team at Rio Vista. Outside of school, she is an 11-year member of the Fresno Dolphins Swim Team. She is also a member of the National Society of High School Scholars.
